Before freelance writing, Laura was a resource development professional for over 14 years. She wrote A LOT of emails, direct mail pieces, newsletters, and proposals to help forge connections with individuals and institutions for the greater good. Laura grew up in a small town outside of Madison, Wisconsin, taught ESL in Taipei, Taiwan, ROC, and is a former denizen of Astoria, Morningside Heights, and Carroll Gardens. She’s curious about lots of things. When she’s not creating content that sells, she is living a quiet life with her husband, three human children, and her 15-year old pug-child.
